This is a website I created for the thousands of people who are suffering every single day from the symptoms of IBS. Irritable Bowel Syndrome effects many people, and sadly most people are too embarrassed to talk about it.

There is no medically defined “cure” for IBS, and this leaves many people frustrated. Many medications used to treat IBS symptoms can sometimes cause side effects that make a person feel even worse. Often times these medications, whether prescription or over the counter, can irritate an already sensitive digestive track.

The IBS Diet Plan Guide exists for all of those who are suffering, have tried everything else, are at their wits end, and feel like their quality of life has really been affected by the way they feel sick all of the time. It is a relatively safe diet to follow, though of course if you have any concerns, I highly recommend talking with your doctor, provided he or she understands the huge role of diet in triggering and preventing an attack.

This diet obviously cannot substitute medical advice or a diagnosis – and IBS symptoms can often be similiar to those of other medical conditions. However, if you’re at wits end with your doctor, and are ready to try anything to get your life back, then I sincerely hope you give this diet a try for just 30 days to see if it will help you feel better.
